Our Team

Dr John Doan is a General Paediatrician and Fellow of The Royal Australasian College of Physicians. John completed his medical degree at The University of Melbourne. The majority of his paediatric training was undertaken at The Royal Children’s Hospital and Monash Children’s Hospital, in addition to several hospitals across metropolitan and regional Victoria. John served as the Chief Resident Medical Officer at Monash Children’s Hospital in his final Fellowship year, a role that nurtured his passions for collaborative healthcare and mentoring and supporting junior doctors.

John takes great pride in providing holistic care that is tailored to each child and their family. He enjoys all aspects of General Paediatrics and has additional interest and expertise in:

• Neonatal medicine;
• Growth and development;
• Autism spectrum disorder (ASD);
• Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD);
• Toileting difficulties, including bedwetting and constipation;
• Asthma, eczema and allergies.

In addition to his role at MCPC John works as a Paediatrician at Monash Children’s Hospital.
